# Research Frontier publication crosswalk v3

Status: `PRECONSTRUCTION_PUBLICATION_AUTHORITY_MAP_V3_CANDIDATE`

Operation: `RESEARCH_FRONTIER_PUBLICATION_CROSSWALK_V3_20260906_002`

Canonical intake: public issue #2800, `ADMITTED_AND_LOCKED`, lock generation `1963`.

Exact governing public head at admission: `99025b828629548be1ea066cd2e01dd16d855a03`.

Exact promoted private research head: `bac4e77df9317ba0093dfc4b721ba0e850004638`.

Promoted Scientific + Agentic room authority: private research issue #541.

Inherited publication crosswalk v2 blob: `1ee6f713e340f8774555f8b588643dd9fbaed5ef`.

Inherited Meaning composition contract blob: `2f325dfa1fd7f11379c47fcacd4970eebe2c6cc9`.

Inherited carousel-preservation contract blob: `18ac8629f94a136ccbb88564fa5e43f87bf10393`.

Authority ceiling: **publication mapping only**. This artifact does not alter a scientific result, upgrade an evidence status, establish priority, amend live carousel cardinality, mutate the live page, authorize construction, authorize adoption/merge, authorize deployment/publication, or create scientific authority for an operational result.

---

# 1. Supersession and preservation boundary

V3 supersedes v2 only as the proposed successor publication map. V2 remains immutable historical planning evidence and retains its source bindings, evidence-status discipline, negative-result custody, novelty/provenance separation, and claim ceilings unless a newer exact source below narrows them.

V3 is required because the promoted research state now contains material objects that v2 predates:

- Gen448 `RELATIONAL_TRANSITION_GEOMETRY` scientific disposition `MECHANISM_REPLICATED`;
- constraint-complete historical reconstruction and functional-continuity audit;
- promoted Scientific + Agentic room packets;
- Scientific Claim Entitlement external-history audit and minimal behavioral quotient;
- Canonical Control Kernel mixed component evidence;
- the restored Shared Bridge as a distinct inspection plane;
- practical-disposition Meaning and Bridge language.

The six-card carousel-preservation contract remains unchanged in this operation. V3 establishes **seven public research objects as a publication-mapping target only**.

`PUBLICATION_MAP_SEVEN_OBJECTS != LIVE_SEVEN_CARD_AUTHORITY`

A separate governed cardinality/preservation amendment is required before any seven-card live construction.

# 3. Controlled vocabularies

## Evidence-status vocabulary inherited from v2

Only the following values may populate an `evidenceStatus` field:

- `SUPPORTED`
- `BOUNDED_EMPIRICAL`
- `CONFIGURATION_BOUNDED`
- `NOT_DISTINGUISHED`
- `NOT_IDENTIFIABLE`
- `FORMAL_PROOF`
- `FORMAL_COUNTEREXAMPLE`
- `FORMAL_SYNTHETIC`
- `PREREGISTERED_NOT_EXECUTED`
- `METHODOLOGICAL_DIAGNOSIS`
- `OPERATING_METHOD`
- `HISTORICAL_CONTEXT`
- `UNKNOWN_NOT_ZERO`

Newer source-native strings such as `MECHANISM_SUPPORTED`, `MECHANISM_REPLICATED`, `OPERATIONALLY_DISTINGUISHED`, `UNEVALUABLE`, `EXTERNAL_FOUR_CLASS_AUDIT_SURVIVES`, `ADMISSIBLE`, `NOT_ADMISSIBLE`, and `UNRESOLVED` are **result/component dispositions**, not additions to the evidence-status vocabulary.

## Domain tags inherited from v2

- `SCIENTIFIC`
- `AGENTIC`
- `FORMAL`
- `ENGINEERING`
- `OPERATING_CONTEXT`

A row may separately carry a descriptive `researchClass` such as `COMPUTATIONAL_EPISTEMICS`; that class is not a card side or evidence status.

---

# 4. Three-plane publication model

Every public carousel object has two primary sides:

1. `MEANING`
2. `EVIDENCE`

Either side may open one global contextual plane:

3. `SHARED_BRIDGE`

The Shared Bridge is not a third scientific evidence side. It explains the recurring practical question and bounded constraint-centered synthesis while preserving result independence.

Public interaction vocabulary for later construction:

- `View the Other Side`
- `Inspect Shared Bridge`
- `Return to Orbit`
- `Return to Selected Side`

`face` may remain an internal implementation term. Public copy uses `side`.

---

# 5. Meaning-side composition law

Meaning is not a simplified technical report. It begins from a recognizable practical disposition and then shows what part of that question the research formalizes or tests.

Required semantic order:

`REAL-LIFE SITUATION -> PRACTICAL DISPOSITION -> WHY IT MATTERS -> WHAT WE TESTED -> WHAT REMAINS UNKNOWN`

Meaning should be understandable without prior knowledge of RTG, LVTG, SAS, Coherence Geometry, claim-entitlement calculus, bootstrap procedures, repository locks, control kernels, or internal acronyms.

Real-life analogies are explanatory only unless a separately bound empirical record exists for that domain.

---

# 6. Evidence-side composition law

Evidence is the technical inspection surface. It may expose:

- canonical research identity;
- evidence status;
- exact source-native result disposition;
- metrics, confidence intervals, counts, and formal model sizes;
- negative/null/unresolved/custody states;
- novelty/prior-art status;
- provenance/operating context;
- claim ceiling;
- canonical sources;
- next discriminating test.

Evidence, novelty, provenance, operational custody, and prospective work remain separate.

---

# 7. Shared Bridge contract

## Practical first-order proposition

**THE CONSTRAINT IS SHARED. THE EVIDENCE IS NOT.**

Practical lead question:

**What does this situation actually allow next?**

The Bridge should begin with ordinary distinctions:

- having resources is not the same as having options;
- strength elsewhere cannot always compensate for a missing requirement;
- strong parts can fail when a required relationship breaks;
- evidence does not entitle every conclusion;
- a plausible answer does not itself authorize action;
- more safeguards are not automatically better safeguards;
- work only its creator can continue has not demonstrated transfer.

Only after the practical layer may the Bridge expose the reconstructed spine:

`OBSERVATION -> CONSTRAINT -> ADMISSIBLE MOVEMENT -> BOUNDARY -> RELATIONAL STRUCTURE -> EXECUTION`

This is lineage and synthesis, not a universal validated theory.

Cross-program relations:

- RTG/LVTG: what future transitions remain available?
- SAS: what must be admissible before scoring or interpretation?
- Coherence Geometry: what relational structures close, fracture, or depend on orientation?
- Scientific Claim Entitlement: what conclusion is the evidence entitled to support?
- Agentic Frontier: can the agent complete independently verified work?
- Canonical Control Kernel: which operational safeguards distinguish themselves, and do they earn their burden?
- Transfer/succession: can another operator recover the state and continue correctly?

---

# 8. Frozen seven-object publication map

| Position | Public object | Principal binding | Practical disposition |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 01 | **Same State. Different Future.** | RTG + LVTG lineage/results | The same visible situation and resource budget can leave very different ways forward. |
| 02 | **What Has to Be True First?** | Structural Admissibility Science | Some required conditions cannot be compensated for by strength elsewhere. |
| 03 | **When Structure Holds—or Breaks** | Coherence Geometry | Strong parts can still fail when a required relationship or orientation fails. |
| 04 | **When Is a Claim Allowed to Count?** | Scientific Claim Entitlement | Evidence can exist without entitling every conclusion. |
| 05 | **Can the Agent Actually Do the Work?** | Agentic Frontier | Describing a repair is different from completing and verifying it. |
| 06 | **Do the Safeguards Earn Their Cost?** | Canonical Control Kernel | More safeguards are useful only if they prevent enough failure to justify their burden. |
| 07 | **Can Someone Else Pick Up the Work?** | transfer / succession / reproduction frontier | Work is transferable only when another operator can continue without private memory. |

No row may be merged merely to preserve the old six-card count.

# 10. Card 01 — Same State. Different Future.

**id:** `RFV3-01`

**technicalBinding:** `RELATIONAL_TRANSITION_GEOMETRY + LVTG/LVM lineage`

**domainTags:** `SCIENTIFIC`

**evidenceStatus:** `BOUNDED_EMPIRICAL + NOT_IDENTIFIABLE` across distinct historical/current experiments; source-native current dispositions remain separate.

## Orbit proposition

Two systems can look the same now and still have very different ways out.

## Meaning

### Practical contrast

**SAME PRESENT.**
**SAME RECOVERY BUDGET.**
**DIFFERENT FUTURE.**

### In real life

Two people can have the same savings, two companies the same staffing level, or two cities the same emergency resources while one still has several workable routes out of trouble and the other depends on one fragile route.

This explains the question only. Power-system evidence does not validate the same mechanism in those domains.

### Practical disposition

Present condition may not reveal remaining maneuvering room. Where recovery options sit in the structure can matter even when visible state and scalar help are held equal.

### Why it matters

If future options carry information current state misses, resilience cannot be understood only by asking how healthy something looks now.

### What we tested

The program progressed from predictive future-option measurements, through a natural matched-state test that closed `NOT_IDENTIFIABLE`, to a controlled equal-budget intervention-twin test and then an independent-system RTG replication.

### What remains unknown

No universal law, real-grid causal law, human/social mechanism, cross-domain generality, or independent-laboratory validation has been established.

## Evidence

Chronology:

1. RTS24 predictive result: 659 states; RMSE `0.0568661 -> 0.0418991`; delta `0.0149670`; 95% CI `[0.0083250, 0.0235078]`; MAE `0.0418498 -> 0.0320433`; Spearman `0.7023 -> 0.8258`.
2. Gen429: `NOT_IDENTIFIABLE`; 28 qualifying pairs versus frozen minimum 30; outcome unopened.
3. Equal-budget intervention twin: source disposition `MECHANISM_SUPPORTED`; 30 selected states; 29 nonzero challenge states; `T = 0.5624591503267974`; 95% CI `[0.3326645453503039, 0.7558825450242793]`; directional accuracy `0.9310344827586207`; Spearman `0.9352755526234015`; independent recomputation passed.
4. Gen448: source disposition `MECHANISM_REPLICATED`; independent system `pglib_opf_case60_c`; `T = 0.21785206258890463`; 95% CI `[0.11979333549127599, 0.34360525563157146]`; independent full-network recomputation agreed.

**Custody:** Gen448 scientific `MECHANISM_REPLICATED` remains separate from operational `FAIL_CLOSED` caused by incomplete original raw-cell custody and unavailable original selected-state-ledger bytes.

**Claim ceiling:** bounded independent-system prospective replication under frozen power-system model semantics only.

**Novelty/provenance:** exact operationalization and observation may be distinctive; priority unresolved. Historical ancestry is continuity, not novelty proof or empirical support.

**Applicable lenses:** Strongest Attack; Evidence Held; Negative Result; Missing Evidence; Reproduction Boundary; Next Boundary.

**bridgeRelation:** **What future moves remain available even when the present looks the same?**

**Next boundary:** untouched independent replication with stronger custody and separately preregistered matched-state/different-future-option designs.

**Forbidden:** universal-law framing; converting Gen429 into a positive/negative result; treating custody FAIL_CLOSED as scientific refutation; treating analogies as validated domains.

**technicalBinding:** `STRUCTURAL_ADMISSIBILITY_SCIENCE`

**domainTags:** `SCIENTIFIC · FORMAL`

**evidenceStatus:** `METHODOLOGICAL_DIAGNOSIS + NOT_DISTINGUISHED`.

## Orbit proposition

Some requirements are gates, not points on a scorecard.

## Meaning

### Practical contrast

**SOME THINGS CANNOT BE MADE UP FOR SOMEWHERE ELSE.**

### In real life

A pilot can perform brilliantly on several measures, but without a required license the flight still cannot lawfully proceed. A building can exceed many targets and still be unsafe if one load-bearing requirement fails.

These analogies explain noncompensation; they are not SAS evidence in aviation or construction.

### Practical disposition

Some requirements must be satisfied before ranking, optimization, or interpretation is meaningful. Unrelated strength cannot always compensate for a blocked prerequisite.

### Why it matters

A score can hide the condition that determined whether a candidate was eligible to be compared at all.

### What we tested

SAS formalized prior admissibility and tested bounded diagnostics. The corrective physical heldout did not distinguish SAS from the strongest comparator because both had zero false admissions.

### What remains unknown

The original cross-domain breakthrough criterion cannot pass under that frozen experiment. General empirical superiority remains unestablished.

## Evidence

Prior diagnostic inventory: Net6 endpoint disagreement `0/510`; Net3 `2/22`; Anytown `2–4/17`; C-MAPSS present-state comparator strong with directionally favorable but non-distinguished trajectory increment.

Current physical disposition: `NOT_DISTINGUISHED`; strongest comparator already had zero false admissions.

**Claim ceiling:** formalized noncompensatory admissibility object plus bounded diagnosis; no cross-domain empirical superiority or universal admissibility law.

**Novelty/provenance:** synthesis/instrumentation may be distinctive; admissibility/common-support/hard-constraint/identifiability categories have substantial prior art; priority unresolved.

**Applicable lenses:** Strongest Attack; Evidence Held; Negative Result; Reproduction Boundary; Next Boundary.

**bridgeRelation:** **What must be true before comparison is allowed to begin?**

**Next boundary:** separately preregistered matched-present-state/different-future-admissibility successor.

**Forbidden:** rescuing the null by retuning; ancestry-as-validation; universal noncompensation claim.

**evidenceStatus:** `FORMAL_PROOF + FORMAL_COUNTEREXAMPLE + NOT_IDENTIFIABLE` across distinct formal experiments.

## Orbit proposition

Strong parts can still fail when the relationships holding them together fail.

## Meaning

### Practical contrast

**STRONG PARTS DO NOT GUARANTEE A STRONG WHOLE.**

### In real life

A bridge may contain strong components yet fail if a required connection breaks. A team may contain capable people yet stop functioning if required relationships fracture.

These analogies explain relational dependence only; they do not validate Coherence Geometry in bridges, teams, molecules, or cosmology.

### Practical disposition

Some properties belong to relationships among parts rather than to parts considered one at a time.

### Why it matters

A single score can hide whether structure is intact. Formalization allows proof, counterexample, and explicit failure boundaries.

### What we tested

The program exhaustively checked bounded formal models, defined the Diamond Operator, constructed a counterexample to an overbroad ordering claim, and tested orientation selection. Gen430 failed the preregistered symmetry/fresh-verifier gates.

### What remains unknown

No physical law, cosmological law, molecular mechanism, universal Diamond template, or empirically validated universal coherence measure has been established.

## Evidence

- coherence-to-minimal-constraint family: 3,072 models; 18,432 observer checks;
- Diamond Operator: 20,736 role/state combinations; 497,664 bijective relabeling checks; 20,736 branch swaps;
- constructive counterexample to universal C-before-STACK-B ordering in the stated model class;
- Gen430: `ORIENTATION_SELECTED` unauthorized; orientation-selection result not established.

**Claim ceiling:** formal results under frozen definitions/model classes only.

**Novelty/provenance:** exact formal results may be distinctive; specialist prior-art review remains required. Historical Diamond ancestry does not establish operator identity.

**Applicable lenses:** Strongest Attack; Evidence Held; Negative Result; Missing Evidence; Next Boundary.

**bridgeRelation:** **Which relationships are required for the whole to remain structurally intact?**

**Next boundary:** independent proof/prior-art scrutiny and separately defined empirical tests.

**Forbidden:** formal verification as empirical validation; physical/cosmological promotion; recovered-molecular identity; Gen430 as orientation selection.

**researchClass:** `COMPUTATIONAL_EPISTEMICS`

**domainTags:** `ENGINEERING · OPERATING_CONTEXT`

**evidenceStatus:** `OPERATING_METHOD` plus separately identified bounded formal-computation results.

## Orbit proposition

Having evidence does not automatically entitle every conclusion.

## Meaning

### Practical contrast

**EVIDENCE CAN BE REAL.**
**THE CONCLUSION CAN STILL BE TOO LARGE.**

### In real life

A courtroom can possess real evidence without supporting every accusation. A registered medical protocol can exist without proving the treatment worked. A dramatic anomaly can fail when an indispensable measurement dependency fails.

These examples explain entitlement; their conclusions remain governed by their own source histories.

### Practical disposition

The question is not only whether evidence exists, but what exact conclusion that evidence is strong enough to support—and what stronger conclusion it is not.

### Why it matters

Overclaiming often occurs between a valid observation and an unjustified upgrade in mechanism, scope, causation, generality, or study state.

### What we tested

A frozen deterministic entitlement calculus was operationalized and applied without semantic change to four independent scientific histories. A separate formal quotient test asked whether the complete entitlement state naturally reduced to 256 states. It did not.

### What remains unknown

No universal coverage of science, complete claim taxonomy, autonomous natural-language normalization, external-science truth guarantee, or superiority over a competent simpler review workflow has been established.

## Evidence

External-history terminal disposition: `EXTERNAL_FOUR_CLASS_AUDIT_SURVIVES`.

Normalization:

- disagreements `0/4`;
- core semantic changes `0/4`;
- unregistered claim classes `0/4`.

Entitlement vector:

- Super-K C1 `ADMISSIBLE`; C2 `NOT_ADMISSIBLE`;
- OPERA C1 `ADMISSIBLE`; C2 `NOT_ADMISSIBLE`;
- NCT00000102 C1 `ADMISSIBLE`; C2 `UNRESOLVED`;
- Fragile Families C1 `ADMISSIBLE`; C2 `NOT_ADMISSIBLE`.

Bounded source interpretation: `DOMAIN_INDEPENDENT_SCIENTIFIC_CLAIM_ENTITLEMENT: BOUNDEDLY_SUPPORTED_ACROSS_FOUR_EXTERNAL_CLAIM_CLASSES` only for the four frozen classes/histories and the reproducible normalization audit.

Minimal behavioral quotient:

- whole-audit `B_full = aleph_0`;
- whole-audit `B_control = aleph_0`;
- no finite complete whole-audit code;
- pointed control quotient = 5 classes;
- minimum pointed bits = `ceil(log2 5) = 3`;
- 256/8-bit pointed control is sufficient but not minimal;
- 256 does not emerge as the minimal entitlement quotient.

**Claim ceiling:** frozen architecture represented/bounded four external histories/classes without core semantic change; no universal-scientific-method, complete-taxonomy, autonomous-normalization, or control-plane-authority claim.

**Novelty/provenance:** exact integration may be distinctive; scientific reasoning, scope control, provenance, and admissibility have category prior art; priority unresolved.

**Applicable lenses:** Strongest Attack; Evidence Held; Negative Result; Missing Evidence; Reproduction Boundary; Next Boundary.

**bridgeRelation:** **What conclusion is this evidence actually allowed to support?**

**Next boundary:** unaffiliated reproduction; prospective unseen histories; comparison against a competent simpler baseline on overclaim/error/review burden.

**Forbidden:** universal science coverage; 256 as natural/minimal entitlement count; entitlement admissibility as truth proof; evidence transfer into RTG or Kernel.

# 14. Card 05 — Can the Agent Actually Do the Work?

**id:** `RFV3-05`

**technicalBinding:** `AGENTIC_FRONTIER`

**domainTags:** `AGENTIC`

**evidenceStatus:** `CONFIGURATION_BOUNDED + PREREGISTERED_NOT_EXECUTED`.

## Orbit proposition

Saying how to do the work is different from completing verified work.

## Meaning

### Practical contrast

**A GOOD EXPLANATION IS NOT A FINISHED REPAIR.**

### In real life

Someone can explain how a machine should be repaired and still fail the repair. A contractor can sound convincing while the independent inspection still fails.

These analogies explain execution-versus-description; they are not evidence about any profession.

### Practical disposition

Agent capability should be judged by completed, independently verified work under a known setup, not by confident narration or reputation.

### Why it matters

Tools, environments, verification, and task definitions can materially affect agent outcomes. A result belongs to the tested configuration.

### What we tested

In a frozen 24-task comparison, Diamond Gate completed verified tasks that the tested OpenHands configuration did not. Comparator end-to-end tool-loop health remained unresolved. Common-model Study 2 remains frozen and unopened and must not be retrofitted with the later Kernel.

### What remains unknown

No universal ranking, architecture-only causal attribution, Kernel-causation result, or completed Study 2 replication exists.

## Evidence

Study 1 / Full24:

- frozen tasks 24;
- Diamond Gate verified completions 10;
- tested OpenHands configuration 0;
- `DG_ONLY=10`, `OH_ONLY=0`, `BOTH_PASS=0`, `NEITHER=14`;
- DG-only completions across all four preregistered strata;
- comparator tool-loop health unresolved.

Study 2: frozen protocol, zero opened outcomes in promoted state.

**Claim ceiling:** configuration-bounded Study 1 observation only.

**Novelty/provenance:** exact paired observation may be distinctive; agent evaluation/harness comparison have broad prior art; priority unresolved.

**Applicable lenses:** Strongest Attack; Evidence Held; Missing Evidence; Reproduction Boundary; Next Boundary.

**bridgeRelation:** **Can the system complete the work under an independently checked definition of done?**

**Next boundary:** successor/shadow transfer with identical information and a competent simpler baseline; preserve Study 2 unchanged unless separately governed.

**Forbidden:** universal OpenHands 0/24; transport failure as scientific failure; architecture-only causation; Kernel evidence merged into Study 1.

# 15. Card 06 — Do the Safeguards Earn Their Cost?

**id:** `RFV3-06`

**technicalBinding:** `CANONICAL_CONTROL_KERNEL_V1`

**domainTags:** `ENGINEERING · OPERATING_CONTEXT`

**evidenceStatus:** `OPERATING_METHOD`.

## Orbit proposition

More safeguards are not automatically better safeguards.

## Meaning

### Practical contrast

**MORE CHECKPOINTS != BETTER WORK.**
**THEY HAVE TO EARN THEIR BURDEN.**

### In real life

A hospital, factory, or financial process can add review layers. Those layers are useful only if they prevent enough meaningful mistakes to justify their delay, complexity, and cost.

This analogy explains control burden. Kernel evidence is repository-operation evidence, not empirical evidence about those domains.

### Practical disposition

A control system should not be praised merely for being elaborate. Components should be tested and negative/unevaluable results retained.

### Why it matters

Complex governance can create false confidence and operational drag. A useful architecture should distinguish what changes outcomes from what adds ceremony.

### What we tested

The Kernel was formed from component evidence rather than assuming every inherited layer was useful. Under the bounded profile, 256, NEWS, and ACK_PACK distinguished operationally; PSALM did not; Fibonacci host utility remained unevaluable.

### What remains unknown

No cross-repository transfer, whole-estate enforcement, scientific superiority, or superiority over a competent simpler control architecture has been demonstrated.

## Evidence

Source-native component dispositions:

- `256 = OPERATIONALLY_DISTINGUISHED`
- `NEWS = OPERATIONALLY_DISTINGUISHED`
- `ACK_PACK = OPERATIONALLY_DISTINGUISHED`
- `PSALM = NOT_DISTINGUISHED`
- `FIBONACCI_HOST_UTILITY = UNEVALUABLE`

Mandatory core: `256 + NEWS + ACK_PACK`.

Overall source disposition: `COMPOSED_OPERATIONAL_ARCHITECTURE_DISTINGUISHED`.

Scientific authority: `false`.

256 boundary: Kernel's operationally distinguished 256 component is not Entitlement's minimal-state result. Entitlement separately found a countably infinite complete whole-audit quotient and five pointed local control classes requiring three bits.

**Claim ceiling:** one bounded repository-operation control profile with evidence-bound mandatory core; no scientific authority, automatic product authority, cross-repository transfer, universal enforcement, or simpler-baseline superiority.

**Novelty/provenance:** exact integration may be distinctive; control-plane/role-separation/state-machine/verification categories have substantial prior art; priority unresolved.

**Applicable lenses:** Strongest Attack; Evidence Held; Negative Result; Missing Evidence; Reproduction Boundary; Next Boundary.

**bridgeRelation:** **Which safeguards actually change the operational result, and which merely add ceremony?**

**Next boundary:** clean cross-repository transfer, then same-information comparison against a competent simpler control architecture measuring errors, recovery, overclaim, rework, and burden.

**Forbidden:** all layers validated; PSALM positive; Fibonacci scientific failure; Kernel as scientific support; 256 as universal/minimal law.

# 16. Card 07 — Can Someone Else Pick Up the Work?

**id:** `RFV3-07`

**technicalBinding:** `TRANSFER / SUCCESSION / REPRODUCTION FRONTIER`

**domainTags:** `ENGINEERING · OPERATING_CONTEXT`

**evidenceStatus:** `OPERATING_METHOD`.

## Orbit proposition

A system has not demonstrated transfer if only its original operator can continue it.

## Meaning

### Practical contrast

**CAN THE WORK REMEMBER ITSELF?**

### In real life

A project is not truly transferable when the next person needs the creator's private memory to understand what was tried, what failed, what remains uncertain, and what is safe to do next.

This analogy explains durable transfer; it is not evidence that organizational transfer has been demonstrated.

### Practical disposition

Useful research should preserve enough exact state, evidence boundaries, negative results, and unfinished questions that another operator can recover the work without silently changing its meaning.

### Why it matters

A system dependent on one person's memory can appear rigorous while remaining fragile.

### What we tested

Internal exact-state succession/recovery mechanisms have been exercised in bounded repository workflows. External operator/repository transfer is now an explicit future test rather than an inferred property.

### What remains unknown

No clean unaffiliated operator reproduction, cross-repository Kernel transfer, or organization-level portability result has established transfer of the complete research/control model.

## Evidence

Evidence held includes exact-head identities, durable receipts, preserved negative/null/unresolved states, internal recovery from repository state, frozen task/protocol identities, and explicit future transfer boundaries.

**Claim ceiling:** demonstrated internal custody/succession mechanisms and reproduction requirements only.

**Novelty/provenance:** independent-program/principal-operator context is provenance only; exact succession integration may be distinctive; priority unresolved.

**Applicable lenses:** Strongest Attack; Evidence Held; Missing Evidence; Reproduction Boundary; Next Boundary.

**bridgeRelation:** **Can another operator recover what is known, what failed, and what may lawfully happen next?**

**Next boundary:** unaffiliated entitlement reproduction and clean cross-repository Kernel transfer without inherited private memory.

**Forbidden:** internal recovery equals external replication; solo operation proves portability; scale proves reproducibility; transfer validates scientific results automatically.

# 17. Secondary noteworthy evidence inventory

Secondary objects may populate Evidence sides, lenses, a technical ledger, or future-boundary disclosures. They do not automatically receive headline carousel status.

## Earlier LVTG / RTS24 predictive result

Disposition: subordinate Card 01 empirical evidence.

Boundary: bounded predictive support, not mechanism by itself.

## Gen429 matched-state test

Disposition: first-class Card 01 `NOT_IDENTIFIABLE` evidence.

Boundary: outcome unopened; neither positive nor negative mechanism result.

## Diamond Operator v1

Disposition: subordinate Card 03 formal evidence.

Boundary: no molecular, physical, cosmological, odor, or universal-template validation.

## Battery burden / combined-axis comparison

Disposition: technical secondary empirical inventory.

Inherited public-safe values: Combined-axis AUROC `0.9394`; Burden AUROC `0.9704`.

Boundary: burden may largely encode conventional aging/use; no mechanism or universal transfer.

## C-MAPSS / IMI temporal evidence

Disposition: technical secondary empirical inventory.

Boundary: favorable temporal/directional evidence remains bounded; strong unrestricted/present-state comparators and operator-specificity limitations remain visible; no universal trajectory law.

## Structural Admissibility diagnostic inventory

Disposition: subordinate Card 02 evidence.

Net6 `0/510`; Net3 `2/22`; Anytown `2–4/17`; C-MAPSS favorable but not distinguished.

## Weak-field B0-B4

Disposition: technical secondary `FORMAL_SYNTHETIC` inventory.

Inherited exact ceiling: `ONE_BOUNDED_WEAK_FIELD_TOY_MODEL_IS_FORMALLY_CLOSED_EXECUTABLE_AND_SYNTHETICALLY_DISCRIMINATING`.

Astrophysical support at B0-B4: none.

## SPARC

Disposition: `PREREGISTERED_NOT_EXECUTED` future empirical frontier.

Boundary: no held-out galaxy result in the promoted audit; no dark-matter/cosmology breakthrough.

## MAPS / AHBK instrumentation

Disposition: instrument/formal-method inventory where exact publication-safe bindings remain available.

Boundary: an instrument or synthetic verification is not an empirical result.

## Constraint-centered historical reconstruction

Disposition: `HISTORICAL_CONTEXT` / functional-continuity context for Shared Bridge.

Boundary: no evidence transfer into modern programs.

## Independent-program / operating-scale provenance

Disposition: `HISTORICAL_CONTEXT` / provenance only.

Boundary: authorship/scale do not establish validity, novelty, efficiency, or transferability.

## Canonical Control Kernel mixed evidence

Disposition: primary Card 06 operating evidence.

Boundary: positive, negative, and unevaluable component dispositions remain visible; operational distinction is not scientific validation.

## Paris VOER result

Disposition: `EXPLICITLY_WITHHELD_PENDING_CURRENT_EXACT_SOURCE_REBIND`.

Reason: prior portfolio review identified Paris VOER as potentially material bounded empirical evidence, but this v3 verifier did not resolve an exact current canonical source binding from the promoted research head. V3 therefore does not publish its metric values or use it to strengthen Card 01.

Re-entry rule: bind an exact current source/result identity under the existing claim ceiling before public use.

## CMS hospital robustness result

Disposition: `EXPLICITLY_WITHHELD_PENDING_CURRENT_EXACT_SOURCE_REBIND`.

Reason: prior portfolio review identified a bounded descriptive hospital robustness result, but this v3 verifier did not resolve an exact current canonical source binding from the promoted head. No CMS metric or cross-domain support is published by v3.

Re-entry rule: exact source identity plus current claim ceiling required.

## X6B power-grid orientation result

Disposition: `EXPLICITLY_WITHHELD_AS_SEPARATE_METRIC_PENDING_CURRENT_EXACT_SOURCE_REBIND`; conceptual negative boundary remains represented by the current Coherence orientation ceiling.

Reason: the prior portfolio identified X6B as a material orientation counterexample/diagnostic, but its exact current source was not resolved during this operation. V3 does not reproduce remembered numeric values. It preserves only the source-bound current rule from #541 that Gen430 does not authorize orientation selection.

## Mars mission-survivability line

Disposition: `ASSUMPTION_BOUND_DOWNSTREAM_PROGRAM / NOT_HEADLINE / NO_EMPIRICAL_ENTITLEMENT`.

V3 does not use Mars as evidence for the constraint synthesis or any headline card. Any future public metric requires exact source rebind and an explicit assumption/claim ceiling.

# 18. Evidence-lens applicability matrix

`X` means materially applicable. Blank means no content should be fabricated for symmetry.

| Card | Strongest Attack | Evidence Held | Negative Result | Missing Evidence | Reproduction Boundary | Next Boundary |
| --- | :---: | :---: | :---: | :---: | :---: | :---: |
| 01 Same State. Different Future. | X | X | X | X | X | X |
| 02 What Has to Be True First? | X | X | X |  | X | X |
| 03 When Structure Holds—or Breaks | X | X | X | X |  | X |
| 04 When Is a Claim Allowed to Count? | X | X | X | X | X | X |
| 05 Can the Agent Actually Do the Work? | X | X |  | X | X | X |
| 06 Do the Safeguards Earn Their Cost? | X | X | X | X | X | X |
| 07 Can Someone Else Pick Up the Work? | X | X |  | X | X | X |

Negative and missing evidence remain distinct. A genuine negative result may not be softened into missing evidence, and unavailable evidence may not be fabricated into a negative result.

# 19. Novelty and provenance rules

1. Novelty is never inferred from evidence status.
2. Evidence is never upgraded because a formulation appears unusual.
3. Historical ancestry establishes chronology/continuity, not modern priority.
4. Category prior art remains explicit for control planes, evidence-gated workflows, viability/admissibility theory, agent evaluation, provenance, and scientific governance.
5. Independent-program/principal-operator status is provenance, not validity.
6. Repository/operating scale is context, not scientific support.
7. No numerical novelty scores.

---

# 20. Cardinality and interaction boundary

V3 contains seven publication objects because the promoted state requires Scientific Claim Entitlement, Agentic Frontier, and Canonical Control Kernel to remain independent while RTG/LVTG, SAS, Coherence Geometry, and transfer retain distinct public questions.

This artifact does not alter the six-card preservation contract.

`V3_SEVEN_OBJECT_MAP = PUBLICATION_TARGET`

`LIVE_CAROUSEL_CARD_COUNT = STILL_GOVERNED_BY_EXISTING_PRESERVATION_CONTRACT`

A later cardinality amendment may change six to seven only while preserving:

- orbital carousel product identity;
- swipe/drag and keyboard rotation;
- two actual Meaning/Evidence sides;
- `View the Other Side`;
- vertical reading separation;
- same-card return;
- one separate Shared Bridge;
- Bridge return to selected side;
- mobile carousel identity;
- reduced-motion state equivalence;
- owner rendered-product review.

Cardinality change may not authorize a grid, chapter system, accordion-first page, or monolithic successor.

---

# 21. Verification failure conditions

A v3-bound successor or later binding must fail if it:

1. changes the seven-object publication map without a new governed crosswalk;
2. makes Meaning depend on unexplained technical jargon;
3. uses a real-life analogy as empirical transfer;
4. exceeds an Evidence claim ceiling;
5. makes the Shared Bridge transfer evidence among programs;
6. presents the reconstruction as a universal theory;
7. collapses Gen448 scientific `MECHANISM_REPLICATED` with operational `FAIL_CLOSED` custody;
8. rewrites/removes Gen429/#518 `NOT_IDENTIFIABLE` history;
9. hides or rescues SAS `NOT_DISTINGUISHED`;
10. claims Gen430 `ORIENTATION_SELECTED`;
11. represents Entitlement as universal science coverage;
12. represents its whole-audit quotient as finite or naturally 256;
13. merges Agentic Full24 with Kernel evidence;
14. represents Study 2 as executed;
15. shows Kernel positives without PSALM `NOT_DISTINGUISHED` and Fibonacci `UNEVALUABLE`;
16. converts Kernel operational distinction into scientific support;
17. represents SPARC as executed;
18. uses provenance/scale as validity or novelty evidence;
19. silently promotes secondary evidence;
20. invents lens content for visual symmetry;
21. uses public `View the Other Face` instead of `View the Other Side`;
22. treats Shared Bridge as a third independent scientific side;
23. treats seven-object mapping as live seven-card authority;
24. modifies the six-card preservation contract under this operation;
25. modifies `evidence/agentic-frontier/index.html` under this operation;
26. silently omits a known portfolio object merely because its exact current source binding is unresolved.

# 22. Publication-safe controlling statements

> **We are studying what a situation allows next—not only what it looks like now.**

> **Some requirements are gates, not points on a scorecard.**

> **The constraint may be shared. The evidence is not.**

> **A result can be correct without entitling every larger claim.**

> **A safeguard has to earn its burden.**

> **A system has not demonstrated transfer if only its original operator can continue it.**

Internal synthesis may appear only as a bounded technical/Bridge explanation:

`RELATIONAL_CONSTRAINT / ADMISSIBILITY STRUCTURE = CROSS_PROGRAM_SYNTHESIS_HYPOTHESIS`

---

# 23. Final authority ceiling

Once separately reviewed and adopted, v3 may govern how current Research Frontier evidence is mapped into seven practical public questions with technical Evidence sides and one practical Shared Bridge.

It does not authorize:

- seven-card live construction;
- modification of the carousel-preservation contract;
- live Research Frontier mutation;
- scientific claim promotion;
- cross-program evidence transfer;
- novelty priority;
- deployment/publication.

The next lawful product-design boundary after v3 adoption is a **carousel cardinality + three-plane binding amendment**, followed by exact Meaning/Evidence/Bridge content binding and only then a separately admitted live-page construction operation.

## RFV3-06 correction — 2026-10-05

This dated correction supersedes only the RFV3-06 statements treating the bounded baseline comparison as future work or excluding all baseline superiority. The original crosswalk remains intact above. Other research objects and novelty classifications are unchanged.

Gen449 completed a same-information comparison of seven frozen configurations at four authentic Gen448 host boundaries (B0–B3). CLEAN and M1–M8 gave 36 cases per configuration and **252 arm-cases**, not 252 independent scenarios.

| Configuration | Correct next action /36 | Exact recovery /36 | Invalid detection /32 | False blocks | Mean checks | Mean serialized decision bytes |
|---|---:|---:|---:|---:|---:|---:|
| BASELINE | 24 | 12 | 20 | 0 | 8.000 | 1063.31 |
| FULL | 36 | 36 | 32 | 0 | 17.889 | 1071.86 |
| −256 | 32 | 36 | 28 | 0 | 13.556 | 1083.89 |
| −NEWS | 32 | 36 | 28 | 0 | 15.000 | 1082.42 |
| −FIB | 36 | 36 | 32 | 0 | 17.889 | 1083.19 |
| −PSALM | 36 | 36 | 32 | 0 | 15.556 | 1083.86 |
| −ACK | 32 | 12 | 28 | 0 | 18.000 | 1084.58 |

FULL improved all three endpoints over BASELINE, with approximately 2.236× the mean checks and 0.805% more serialized decision bytes. These cost measures do not establish runtime, memory, or production cost. The five recorded scientific noncontamination and history-preservation invariants remained zero.

Removing 256 lost M3 stale-address localization; removing NEWS lost the exact M2 semantic-order response; removing ACK_PACK lost M5 corruption handling and returned exact recovery to baseline. The source therefore distinguishes 256, NEWS, and ACK_PACK. PSALM remains NOT_DISTINGUISHED. Fibonacci host utility remains UNEVALUABLE because no genuine live unresolved source/capability condition arose; shadow-case behavior cannot upgrade it.

Overall disposition: **COMPOSED_OPERATIONAL_ARCHITECTURE_DISTINGUISHED**. This establishes operational differentiation against the frozen comparator within the tested workload. Cross-repository transfer, production-scale benefit, whole-estate enforcement, unaffiliated reproduction, and general superiority over other control architectures remain unestablished. The scientific result and separate custody lifecycle are not changed by this correction. Packaging remains RECORD_BOUND; externalReproductionObserved remains false.
