Findings and Boundaries

Which findings survived challenge, which failed, what remains unresolved, and what study must come next?

Findings remain bounded by the tested sample, source type, route maturity, and review state. Supported, negative, mixed, candidate, and unresolved records remain visible rather than being compressed into one promotional conclusion.

Primary findings field

A result can occupy more than one scientific status at once.

The chamber closes the interpretation by separating what is supported from what failed, remained mixed, or stayed unresolved. It does not close the underlying research archive.

FINDINGS = SUPPORTED ∪ NEGATIVE ∪ MIXED ∪ UNRESOLVED

Supported

Combined representation: AUROC 0.9394 across 1,653 final-test records in three complete cells excluded from development.

Negative

H* did not improve the raw model; hard MQ produced zero sensitivity and balanced accuracy 0.4994.

Mixed

Weakest-axis risk reached AUROC 0.6743, above chance but insufficient for a general weakest-axis law.

Unresolved

Burden reached AUROC 0.9704 and may re-express cycle age, accumulated throughput, current capacity, or recent decline.

Investigation readings

The study closes with its limits still attached.

Problem, evidence, method, result, and limits are separate reading surfaces. No layer may silently upgrade another.

Can a frozen battery representation rank a defined near-term event in cells excluded from development?

The practical question concerns early indication within a named battery domain. This Laws page interprets the bounded outcome; it does not reproduce the complete study or imply critical-system deployment.

Cell-disjoint held-out evidence was admitted.

The final evaluation contained 1,653 records from three complete cells excluded from development. Supporting, negative, mixed, and competing results remain distinct. Observation volume and provenance do not by themselves establish mechanism or transfer.

The representation and event were evaluated against ordinary baselines and component challenges.

The procedure froze the representation, separated development and final evaluation by complete cell, evaluated a fixed 80%-within-20-cycles event, and compared combined, raw, burden, H*, weakest-axis, and hard-threshold outcomes.

Strong bounded ranking survived; a distinct mechanism did not.

Claim ceiling

Strong domain-specific cell-disjoint held-out empirical support for the defined event within the named three-cell evaluation.

Replication status

Independent external replication is not complete.

Prohibited claims

No general battery validation, universal chemistry support, distinct mechanism, critical-system approval, infrastructure validation, fusion validation, or universal coherence-law validation.

Required next study

Control conventional aging, ablate burden, test incremental value, transfer across cell families and chemistries, externally replicate, and calibrate operational thresholds without test leakage.

The result stops at the evidence-supported claim ceiling.

Mechanistic specificity, chemistry transfer, external replication, operational calibration, critical-system use, and universal law validation remain unresolved. Candidate outputs, source-bound artifacts, fixtures, registrations, visibility signals, and review gates retain their original status.

Layered contextual reading

Subjects, stories, and reading lenses

Each subject contains four or five story layers. Practical, Engineering, and Empirical are parallel readings of each layer.
