Comparator / baseline

The failure baseline is dependence on principal-operator private memory. A clean unaffiliated operator/repository transfer remains the decisive external comparator and has not yet been executed.

Procedure

1. Provide the durable repository state without private conversational memory.
2. Require the successor operator to recover current state, prior failures, evidence boundaries and admissible next actions.
3. Compare recovered identities and dispositions with the frozen record.
4. Fail the transfer if continuation requires undisclosed private memory or silently changes meaning.

Expected outputs

Internal workflows have preserved exact-head identities, durable receipts, negative/null/unresolved states, frozen task/protocol identities and enough repository state for bounded exact-state succession and recovery.

Verification

Verify that a recovery attempt reconstructs the same exact identities, evidence limits, unresolved states and continuation boundary from durable public/authorized state alone. Internal demonstrations remain labeled internal until an unaffiliated operator performs the test.

Known gaps

No clean unaffiliated operator reproduction, complete cross-repository Kernel transfer or organization-level portability result has been established.

What successful reproduction would establish

A clean external transfer would establish that the bounded state/custody method can be recovered and continued by an unaffiliated operator without inherited private memory.

What it would not establish

Transfer would not validate the underlying scientific propositions, establish universal portability, or prove that every Diamond Gate Bridge subsystem is independently reproducible.

Proprietary boundary

The test is whether the bounded durable state is sufficient for lawful continuation. Proprietary implementation details that are not necessary to recover the tested state need not be disclosed; any hidden dependency that is necessary must instead be declared as a reproduction gap.
