When Is a Claim Allowed to Count?

Packaging state: RECORD_BOUND · External reproduction observed: false

Scientific Claim Entitlement is a deterministic operating method for testing what conclusion an admitted evidence state is entitled to support—and what stronger conclusion it is not.

Boundary. ADMISSIBLE is an entitlement state, not a truth label. Reproducing the calculus does not validate the underlying scientific histories.

Question tested

What exact conclusion is an evidence state allowed to support under a frozen deterministic entitlement rule?

Scientific/operational standing

OPERATING_METHOD plus separately bounded formal-computation results. The four-history audit survived under its frozen classes; no universal-science coverage is claimed.

Inputs

Comparator / baseline

The primary audit compares normalized source histories against the frozen entitlement outputs and checks for semantic changes or unregistered claim classes. The next credibility boundary includes comparison with a competent simpler review baseline; that comparison is not yet claimed.

Procedure

  1. Normalize each frozen history without changing its core semantics.
  2. Apply the deterministic entitlement calculus.
  3. Record ADMISSIBLE, NOT_ADMISSIBLE or UNRESOLVED without converting entitlement into truth.
  4. Separately compute the whole-audit and pointed control quotients.

Expected outputs

Four-history audit: normalization disagreements 0/4, core semantic changes 0/4, unregistered claim classes 0/4. Whole-audit B_full = aleph_0 and B_control = aleph_0; pointed control quotient has five classes and minimum three bits. 256 states are sufficient for the pointed control but not minimal.

Verification

Independently normalize the same frozen histories, run the published deterministic entitlement rules, compare the output vector and quotient results, and inspect any disagreement before interpreting it as method failure.

Known gaps

Unaffiliated reproduction, prospective unseen histories, autonomous natural-language normalization, and a competent simpler-baseline comparison remain open credibility tests.

What successful reproduction would establish

It would establish that the frozen architecture can reproduce the bounded entitlement dispositions on the same specified histories/classes without core semantic change.

What it would not establish

It would not establish a universal scientific method, truth guarantee, complete taxonomy, autonomous normalization, superiority over simpler review, or evidentiary support for RTG or the Control Kernel.

Proprietary boundary

The entitlement rules and frozen test histories are the reproduction interface. The complete Diamond Gate Bridge control plane does not need to be disclosed to reproduce the bounded audit.
